Ordered a swatch strap and pin removal tool. Followed on line tracking and saw the strap had gone everywhere but my address. It never arrived, despite it being reported as delivered. Squiggly then have given me a run around the houses, no refund and no replacement strap. Very poor service -avoid and go to more reputable company.
